Gary Ross
Mr Gary Ross is a Consultant Plastic Surgeon at the BMI Alexandra Hospital specializing in breast surgery, head and neck surgery and body contouring.
Mr Ross' NHS practice is based at The Christie with a practice specializing in head and neck and breast surgery. He is a full member of the British Association of Plastic, Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgeons (BAPRAS), the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS) and is on the specialist registrar of the general medical council (GMC) for plastic surgery. He has completed the specialist plastic surgery training programme in the North West obtaining the FRCS (plast) in 2005 and his CCT in plastic surgery. His fellowships have included the mentor international aesthetic surgery fellowship (King Edward V11 Hospital, Harley Street, London), the North West Aesthetic Fellowship (Chester, Liverpool, Manchester) a 1-year North American plastic surgery fellowship in Toronto (Canada) in head and neck and breast surgery and a 2-year fellowship in head and neck surgery in Canniesburn Hospital Glasgow.
Mr Ross is a leading figure in the highly competitive field of Plastic Surgery. His private practice in the North West reflects his interest in breast, body contouring, and head and neck aesthetics. He has been appointed as an honorary senior lecturer at the University of Manchester and has published over 50 peer reviewed articles and a number of book chapters (including face lifts, brow lifts, blepharoplasty). He has presented worldwide over 200 times the majority as a keynote lecturer and moderator and has organized a number of international conferences and instructional courses.
